This page explains what information FlowAuthor collects, why we collect it, how we store it and who we share it with. If anything here is unclear, write to us at merhaba@flowauthor.com.
What we collect
What we hold falls into three groups: what you give us to create an account, what we read from your site to run the service, and the records that build up as you use it.
- Account details: your email address, business name and the email addresses of any team members.
- Site details: the domain you connect and the content of its publicly available pages.
- Usage records: sign-in times, session data and records of the content produced and published.
- Billing details: your plan and invoice history. Card details never reach us; they stay with the payment provider.
Why we use it
- To let you sign in and use the service.
- To crawl your site, produce content, run technical analysis and prepare reports.
- To manage your subscription, issue invoices and take payment.
- To send service notifications and reports.
- To meet our legal obligations.
What we read from your site
To run the service we read the publicly available pages of your site. The crawl works the same way a search engine does and respects your site's crawler directives.
We do not access password protected areas, your admin panel or your customer data. We do not ask for write access to your site: the content we produce stays on our servers and is served to your site for display.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed, with the providers needed to run the service.
- Server and database hosting providers.
- AI model providers: your brand profile and topic details are sent during content generation.
- Email delivery provider: for notifications and reports.
- Payment provider: for subscription and invoicing.
- Authorities, where a legal obligation applies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is open. When your subscription ends, your published content stays available: it is the thing you already paid for.
If you close your account we delete your data. Invoice and accounting records must be kept for the periods required by law.
Security
Your data travels over an encrypted connection. Licence keys and session tokens are never stored in the clear, only as hashes, so even someone with database access cannot use your key.
No system is entirely without risk. If a security incident affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority within the period the law requires.

Changes to this page
We may update this policy. We will email you about any significant change. The date at the top shows the last update.
