How it is collected

Your data is collected through our website, the panel interface, email correspondence and the payment infrastructure, by wholly or partly automated means.

Transfers

To provide the service, your data may be transferred to hosting, email delivery, payment and AI model providers, limited to that purpose. Some of these providers are located abroad, and such transfers are made in line with the conditions set out in the law.

Data may be shared with authorised public bodies where a legal request applies.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account is open and for the retention periods required by the applicable legislation. After those periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under article 11 of the law you have the right to:

• Request information if it has been processed.
• Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in the country or abroad.
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Request deletion or destruction where the conditions apply.
• Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to.
• Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis.
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
