Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms of the subscription order you place online. By completing your order you confirm that you have read and accepted it.

2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the digital service subscription you order electronically at flowauthor.com, with the features and price described below.
3. Service and price
The service is a monthly or annual subscription covering site crawling, brand profile extraction, topic research, AI assisted content production, technical file management, visibility measurement and periodic reporting.
The scope of your plan, its monthly content allowance and its current price are shown on the order page. Prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Payment
Payment is taken by card at the time of ordering, through a licensed payment provider. Your card details are not passed to or stored by the SELLER.
The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period until cancelled, and each renewal is charged the same way.
5. Delivery
Your account opens as soon as payment is confirmed and the service becomes available. The initial crawl and first content production may take a few hours depending on the size of your site.
6. Right of withdrawal
For digital content and services performed and delivered instantly online, the right of withdrawal does not apply under the applicable distance sales rules.
Even so, if you have not used the service at all (no crawl started and no content produced on your account) and you contact us within fourteen days of ordering, we refund your payment. This is our own commercial commitment, not a legal obligation.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel from the panel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep using the rest of the period you have paid for.
When the subscription ends your published content stays available. What stops is new production, analysis and reporting.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to merhaba@flowauthor.com. We respond within fifteen days at the latest.
In case of a dispute, consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts at their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Entry into force
By confirming the order electronically, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. A copy is sent to the BUYER's email address.
